•      As per the Notification No 58 Dated 12.02.2021, it is mandatory to update IEC in the month of April to Jun every year, if not updated KYC with or without changes Company IEC will be deactivated.*

1)Public Notice No. 27/2024 Dated 23.10.2024 Annual RoDTEP Return (ARR) has been introduce from FY 2023-24, who’s getting RoDTEP more than 1 Cr and above in a Financial year. 


2)Notification No. 37/2024 Dated 23.10.2024 Minimum export Price condition against HS Code 10063090 for Non basmati rice has been removed with immediate effect. 


3)Notification No. 38/2024 Dated 23.10.2024 Procedure for export of sesame seeds to the United States of America (USA) has been notified from 16th Nov 2024.
